Foreign driver’s license conversion allows you to replace your foreign driving license with an Italian one without taking the driving test. This procedure is available only for drivers whose country has a reciprocal agreement with Italy.
The conversion is possible only if there are bilateral agreements between Italy and the country where the license was issued.
